About Us

.COM Consulting Group provides high quality programming and consulting services. Founded in 1988. We offer a wide range of IT services to business partners in both the public and the private sector.

The original vision for .COM Consuting Group came from Glenn E. Mitchell II, a well-known and respected author on IT who has co-authored three books, written dozens of articles, and presented sessions at Microsoft-sponsored conferences.

Unlike other IT consultants, we have neither clients nor customers. Instead, we have business partners. Clients and customers imply a relationship that is distant and based on the bonds of advantage. Our business partners are also our neighbors and our friends. We avoid sharp advantage and instead prefer mutually desirable results for everyone involved.

We do not have employees at .COM Consulting Group. We have associates. Employees are human resources, things to be managed and controlled. Associates are friends and collaborators. They offer candor, vision, initiative, and support. They are self-directed and are responsible for their choices.

Our mission is to help our business partners to work more consistently, reliably, and profitably. We help them make meaningful changes in how they do business.
